Caw's Genetics
Caws line on both his paternal and maternal side have a very strong red-eyed background. It is very likely that this dominant gene will pass on and override most other colors. However there are small variations!
Red can be displayed in various shades, ranging from dark blood-red to the vivid shade Caw has.
From time to time there can be a bit of an orange hue, otherwise the percentage for anything else is the following:
The chance for bright blue eyes - 20% (paternal grandfather, paternal great-grandfather)
The chance for yellow eyes - 25% (maternal grandmother, paternal great-grandmothers)
The chance for central heterochromia - 20% (maternal grandmother)
The chance for complete heterochromia - 35% (mother)
The chance for sectoral heterochromia - 15% (father)
Some eye colors carry meanings behind them.
The rare silver eyes are a positive sign for purity. Chance for silver eyes: 20% (mother & father)
The "blood in the water" eyes are also rare and a bad omen. Chance for this trait: 5% (father)
For Caws grandchildren, rates are cut in half. (Unless lineage for the other parent has these colors)
The masked gene is quite strong in his lineage, showing up in various forms. Full mask, half, etc. It's likely his pups will pass down this trait. (no need to roll)
Caw also carries the slate gene from his grandmother and has a 20% chance to pass it down.
This gene can be carried or shown visually.

His children have a 10% chance to pass this on to their children.
His great-grandchildren do not have the chance to pass this down.
A minor physical mutation exists within his lineage, thanks to his maternal grandmother. She had an underbite, and the chance to pass this on is 10%.

Khune's Genetics
Khune carries Vitiligo & Piebald Genes.
Her pups have a 15% chance to show the genes and a 30% chance to be a carrier.
You may only have one visible gene, but may roll twice to see if you are a carrier for both.

Under 30 means you carry the genes(30% chance to pass on to offspring)
31 and up means not a carrier or shows visible genes

If rolled positive to display the genes, you may roll 1d100 to see how much of the body it covers.
NOTE: For the 8/28 litter, one pup displays visible piebald. You may all roll to see if you are carriers once your application is approved. -
Ripple's Genetics
Ripple's pups have the possibility to have and carry chimerism.
There is a 20% chance for pups to show this gene, with a 25% chance to only carry.

Her grandchildren have a 10% chance to show chimerism, 15% chance to carry*

*Unless bred with another chimera. The rate then rises to 40% to show, 50% to carry.
NOTE: For the upcoming litter, one pup will have chimerism.
